App
The mobile application guides the field activities of the project and allows observations to be recorded directly in a forest or water habitat. It was developed to support an approach of citizen science based on careful observation through gentle guidance, simple protocols, and a sensory experience of landscape and ecological processes.
Through the app, participants can follow activities related to different themes. Forests or Water systems can be explored, through activities based on simplified methods inspired by ecological field studies and adapted for participatory and educational use.
The ForestLinx project explores themes of tree health, forest biodiversity, and the circulation of water, carbon, and nutrients in forest ecosystems. The WaterLinx project, explores {....}.
Observations recorded in the app can contribute to shared datasets while also serving as a personal learning experience.
The application can be used independently, in guided workshops, or as part of educational programs.

The app will guide you through ecological observations across Luxembourg’s forests. It offers an experiential exploration based on scientific indicators.
